Kiely began her dancing journey when she was 10 years old after being in all star cheer since the age of 5. She started with a ballet class and hip hop class and by the age of 12 she was competing in jazz, hip hop and musical theater at regional and national competitions. She slowly moved into extensive training in ballet and started to compete in lyrical and contemporary dancing about 25 hours a week. Over the years she has received many national awards through solos and group performances. Kiely started teaching at the age of 14. She has taught tap, ballet, contemporary and jazz and enjoys choreographing for these styles of dance as well. Dance is the way she expresses herself and being able to show children how they can do the same is her ultimate goal. She is currently enrolled at Paul Mitchell The School San Jose where she is studying Esthetics. In the future she hopes to own her salon while continuing to teach dance.
